Chris has held senior positions in some of Australia’s largest corporate advisory and financial institutions, is a founding Partner of HoganSprowles and board member of private debt fund Aion Pacific.
Chris is a trusted advisor for his clients and has built a strong reputation within the industry. He is committed to creating value for stakeholders by delivering the best commercial outcomes.
Chris is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and holds bachelor degree in Accounting and Law.

Anny is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. Anny has extensive experience with Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement and Liquidations, having worked in a number of insolvency firms during her career. Anny is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA), Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and has completed her masters in Health Administration.
